His text is specially designed for an emerging portion of the Introduction to Business teaching community who prefer to take an integrated approach to the material. Rather than approach the material from a traditional or functional standpoint, such as presenting marketing, management, and finance as separate entities or chapters, this text presents them as an integrated whole. The framework captures how businesses really work in todays world, and brings functions and processes together.
